Sodexo Continues to Lead on Climate Action, Securing CDP “A List” Recognition for the Second Year in a Row and Demonstrating Ongoing Commitment to Environmental Transparency

In 2025, Sodexo received the highest possible score of “A List” and ranked among the Top 4% of more than 22,000 companies worldwide assessed by CDP. Notably, Sodexo is the only company within its industry to achieve this top rating. CDP is widely regarded as a key benchmark, used by over 700 global investors to inform their investment decisions.

Sodexo continues to achieve strong sustainability performance, with an EcoVadis score of 82/100—placing the Group in the top 3% of over 89,000 companies worldwide. The assessment covers four key areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement, reinforcing Sodexo’s commitment to responsible business practices across its entire value chain.

Sodexo is advancing its climate action through the “Better Tomorrow 2028” roadmap, building on the success of “Better Tomorrow 2025.” In FY2025, emissions were reduced by 37.7% (Scope 1 & 2) and 19.1% (Scope 3) versus 2017, reflecting a strong commitment to responsible and sustainable operations.
