Sodexo Celebrates International Women's Day with "SheWorks" initiative, Empowering Women for Success

Sodexo, the global leader in sustainable food and valued experiences at every moment in life from France, proudly celebrated International Women's Day with a special event under "SheWorks" initiative. Led by Chef Sandy, Juranee Chansomchit (Center,) the Executive Chef at Bumrungrad International Hospital, together with four Sodexo ambassadors from various job functions, the event underscored the company's commitment to fostering an inclusive culture that inspires all genders and empowers women to achieve sustainable success.
This year’s “SheWorks” event was held at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and opened with a warm welcome by Asst. Prof. Dr. Montarop Sudhadham, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Asst. Prof. Sakuntra Kumchoo, lecturer in the Food Innovation and Professional Chef program.
As part of the event, a live cooking demonstration was conducted for more than 50 students from the Food Innovation and Professional Chef program. The session also included a lecture on nutrition, workplace opportunities, and sustainable ingredient sourcing. Students had the opportunity to participate in a hands-on cooking experience guided by an expert chef. “SheWorks” initiative is dedicated to supporting women in building stable and self-sufficient careers, developing essential skills, and expanding employment opportunities for women at all levels.
