BANGKOK, June 2025: Sodexo Thailand, a global leader in sustainable food services and valued experiences at every moment of life, headquartered in France, has invited its employees across Thailand to participate in the “APMEA Steps Challenge 2025”,taking place from June 1-30, 2025. This challenge aims to meaningfully celebrate Pride Month while promoting physical and mental well-being, supporting a sense of belonging and inclusion in the workplace, and fostering a culture where everyone feels part of the team, empowered to act with purpose, and thrives authentically.

This challenge is not only about encouraging a healthy lifestyle through a goal of 10,000 steps daily. It's also a significant platform for Sodexo Thailand to demonstrate its commitment to fostering a culture of respect and acceptance for all, regardless of gender, nationality, age, or cultural background.

Employees can participate individually or as a team by tracking and submitting their daily steps from regular activities such as walking at work or during exercise. At the end of the challenge, winners will be announced and awarded prizes. Most importantly, every step taken will be converted into a donation to the Stop Hunger initiative, with the donation amount based on the total cumulative steps achieved by all participants.

Arnaud Bialecki, Managing Director, Southeast Asia, Sodexo, said, “The APMEA Steps Challenge 2025 is another strong testament to Sodexo’s commitment to building an inclusive, safe, and respectful workplace culture. Especially during Pride Month, this initiative reflects our core value of team spirit. We are proud to invite all employees to join us in accumulating steps - to drive positive change in society, generate meaningful impact, and promote holistic well-being through every step we take.”

Last year, “The APMEA Steps Challenge” received an overwhelming response, with more than 91 million steps from employees across the region. This success underscores the power of collaboration and the spirit of participation that emerged to achieve shared goals at the regional level.
