Official Launch of Ajinomoto Victory Canteen – Fueling Thai Athletes for SEA Games 2025 Sodexo Thailand, led by Arnaud Bialecki, Managing Director for Southeast Asia, proudly joined the launch of the Ajinomoto Victory Canteen – Nutrition & Wellness Center for Thai National Athletes at the Sports Authority of Thailand.

Developed under the Thailand Victory Project® by Ajinomoto Thailand in collaboration with the Sports Authority of Thailand, this world-class canteen will serve more than 300 athletes daily.

Key Highlights 12 Winning Meals created under the theme “What do we eat for?”: 

Balance – light meals to maintain equilibrium 

Preparation – fueling energy for training & competition 

Recovery – restoring strength post-performance 

These menus were co-created by Chef Nana–Marina, from a legendary culinary family, together with the expert nutrition team of the Thailand Victory Project® Over the next 3 months, Sodexo Thailand will be the principal food service provider, delivering more than 90 healthy, nutrition-focused meals every day, empowering Thai athletes to unlock their full potential at the SEA Games & ASEAN Para Games.

 This launch is a major milestone for Thailand’s sports nutrition and reaffirms Sodexo’s role as a global leader in sustainable, world-class food services.
