Sodexo Amata Services Co., Ltd. marks the 5th year of success with over 600 employees.

Sodexo Amata Services Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Sodexo Thailand Co., Ltd., a local unit of the France-based global leader in integrated facilities management service that improves the quality of life, and Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd., a leading industrial city developer in Thailand that provides integrated services for client companies in Amata City Industrial Estate for both in Chonburi and Rayong. This year marks the 5th year of success of Sodexo Amata Services Co., Ltd with over 600 employees.

"With our expertise in providing an integrated service for various businesses in 64 countries for 54 years worldwide and 16 years in Thailand, and our 5-year collaboration with Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd., a leader in industrial estates development and management, Sodexo Amata Services Co., Ltd. has gained trust and served a total of 70 on-site clients and 47 mobile-service clients including Essilor Optical Laboratory (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Bosch Automotive (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Triumph Aviation Services Asia, McCormick (Thailand) Ltd., Ducati Motor (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., AutoAlliance (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Beko Thai Co., Ltd., NTT Global Data Centers (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Revima Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.

"We provide them with integrated facilities management, maintenance, security, and cleaning services and receive remarkable feedback regarding our security system. Sodexo Amata Services Co., Ltd. has implemented new technology to ensure the best service for our clients. In addition, we also have the Amata Command Center (ACC) as a hub for providing one-stop 24-hour services within the industrial estate with the goal of helping reduce the operation cost and increase the work efficiency for our clients. As a result, Sodexo Amata Services Co., Ltd. has become successful as expected, making our plan to expand the business to other Amata industrial estates look promising.

"In addition, to boost clients’ confidence in our daily services, starting in 2021 we plan to upgrade our services to keep up to date and maximize quality. We will launch a new Amata Command Center (ACC) that is equipped with technology and more services. We will also develop additional security technology that can be connected to the Amata Command Center (ACC) such as fire alarm monitoring. On top of that, we will have a security response team and AED monitoring system to provide extensive coverage within Amata City. A solar power system will also be used with the support of an expertise like Sodexo in order to promote resource sustainability and efficiency.

“Currently, Amata is one of the biggest industrial estate developers in Thailand. The Amata City Chonburi spanning 27,000 rai now hosts 700 factories while the Amata City Rayong, which covers 16,895 rai, hosts 356 factories. The two industrial estates play an important role in contributing to the growth of the country’s annual Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
